SHIPPING
Parcels are shipped using Standard Canada Post. Please include your complete Canada Post shipping address (include any apartment, PO Box or RR Number and your Postal Code) to ensure your package is not delayed.
Canada Post Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days. We will provide tracking number once shipped.
In stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
Our online policy for returns is 14 days (from date of receipt). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not do refunds only store credit or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any charges related to return/shipping.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit.
If you are approved, then your Store Credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a gift card for future use and mailed to the address of the original purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
